Disappointed by big box store options, we turned to our farm, realizing a crucial gap in the food system. This spark ignited J.A.W.S. Freeze Drying, a way to make a difference, one nourishing bite at a time. We love to be outdoors hiking, hunting, and fishing, and wanted to share the amazing snack packs we've made with everyone to limit pack weight and maximize nutrition and energy. Our dream is to have our entire family at home working on the farm to share the good food with our community, and freeze drying was the answer to our prayers.

Our name, J.A.W.S., holds a playful secret that adapts to our diverse product lines! For our wholesome baby food, it stands for "Just Add Water, Silly." For our delightful freeze-dried candies, it's "Just Add Water, Sugar.". Our iconic shark logo represents our commitment to take a bite out of the box store and create smart preparation for everyone who comes.
